Witness Appeal: Burglary in the Hollywood area

West Mercia police are appealing to members of the Hollywood community for any information following a burglary to a property in Oakwood Road, Hollywood where a car was also stolen.

The burglary and subsequent car theft occurred between 00:45am and 05:15am on Monday 29th February 2016.

The offender or offenders have gained access to the property by unknown means and had taken a set of car keys for the vehicle that was parked secure on the driveway. They have then stolen the car and were involved in a non stop road traffic collision on Packhorse Lane in Hollywood just after 05:15am. The vehicle was then abandoned a short distance away on Gay Hill Lane, Wythall.

There is no sign of forced entry to the address and nothing else was taken.
