Young cricket fans in Kings Heath are being given the chance to win a family ticket to the T20 finals at Edgbaston this summer, as well as win £250 worth of sports equipment for their school, thanks to Scrivens Opticians in Kings Heath.
In total, 23 branches across the West Midlands and Warwickshire are taking part in a Spot The Cricket Ball competition as part of Scrivens Opticians sponsorship of Warwickshire County Cricket Club.
Scrivens Opticians marketing manager, Claire Burrows said: We thought this would be a fun way to remind families that the summer holidays are a great time for kids to get their eyes checked before they start back at school in the autumn.
As a family run business, Scrivens Opticians is also passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles for children through sport and we are delighted to be able to use our sponsorship with Warwickshire to provide such a great prize.
The T20 finals take place at Edgbaston on Saturday 17 August and the Spot The Ball competition is open to anyone under 16 years of age, with a closing date of Saturday 27 July.
