Shop staff held at gunpoint during Kings Heath robbery

Police are investigating an armed robbery in Kings Heath after the Nisa store on Station Road was targeted at around 9.30pm on Thursday evening (11 October).

Three men wearing balaclavas, one with a gun, entered the shop and demanded cash from a worker who was grabbed by the hair and pushed to the floor. Fortunately despite being shaken he wasn’t seriously injured.

The trio managed to get away with a quantity of cash, alcohol and cigarettes.
