Three people will appear in court after a member of staff was stabbed during a failed robbery attempt at a post office yesterday (27 May).
The trio − 18-year-old Ilyas Khan from Kingswood Road, 20-year-old Tayyab Ayaz from Brighton Road and a 17-year-old boy from the Moseley area – have been charged in connection with the investigation.
All three have been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this morning (28 May) charged with robbery, threatening someone with a bladed article and theft of a motor vehicle.
